Miguel Sola studied music at the Madrid Conservatory from which he graduated with first prize in singing. His musical career has been varied and extensive. He has participated in concerts, operas, polyphony, zarzuelas and oratorios with the principal Spanish orchestras. The latest of his recordings was of La Revoltosa and La Gran Via with Plácido Domingo. He has performed in many theatres, including the Madrid Teatro Real, the Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville and the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.
