Bass-baritone Kevin Short has performed at The Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Houston Grand Opera, Washington National Opera and with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra, The Philadelphia Orchestra, and the San Francisco Symphony.

European career highlights include performances with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, Opéra Comique, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, Bregenzer Festspiele, Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Rundfunk- Sinfonieorchester Berlin.

Short’s discography includes multiple recordings on the Pentatone, San Francisco Classical Recording Company, and Naxos labels. He teaches on the faculties of The Juilliard School, the Curtis Institute of Music, and the University of Maryland.
