Joseph Kaiser has appeared on many of the world’s leading opera stages, including the Metropolitan Opera as Tamino in Die Zauberflöte and in the title rôle of Roméo et Juliette; at the Salzburg Festival as Lensky in Eugene Onegin and as Septimius in Theodora; at the Lyric Opera of Chicago in the title rôle of Faust and as Mark in The Midsummer Marriage; as well as in the title rôle of Messager’s Fortunio at the Opéra Comique.

Concert performances have brought collaboration with James Conlon and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Christoph von Dohnányi and the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Sir Simon Rattle and the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Donald Runnicles and the Berlin Philharmonic.
