The tenor Robert Breault enjoys an international career that features an extraordinary breadth of repertoire. His warm, flexible voice and superb artistic sensibilities combine to make him a consummate singing actor. He has performed as a soloist with the San Francisco Symphony, Atlanta Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Utah Symphony, The Philadelphia Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic, and the Cleveland Orchestra, in works ranging from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, to Orff’s Carmina Burana, Rossini’s Stabat Mater, Haydn’s Creation, and Bach’s St John Passion, among many others. Highlights of his dramatic portrayals on the opera stage include Narraboth in Salome with Utah Opera, Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor with Edmonton Opera, Tamino in Die Zauberflöte with Utah Opera, Des Grieux in Manon Lescaut with Chautauqua Opera, and the Duke in Rigoletto with Opéra de Montréal.
