Manon Lamaison trained as a pianist, and after graduating from Sorbonne University in Paris studied at a number of universities. She began to study singing in 2013 at the University of Montreal before completing her education at the Conservatoire national supérieur musique et danse in Lyon.
Her passion for acting and the stage soon led her to opera, with roles including Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro, a role she has frequently reprised since 2018. She has also appeared as Mélisande in Pélléas et Mélisande, Pamina in Die Zauberflöte at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, and was engaged as an understudy for the role of Béatrice in Pascal Dusapin’s Il Viaggio, Dante for the 2022 Aix-en-Provence Festival.
A passionate recitalist, she has formed several ensembles, including a duo with pianist Mickaël Lipari-Mayer, and DuoManonBen. She is the founder of a cappella vocal quartet Quatuor Ibaï.
